1. Website Features
Your website will include access to zimHosts.com’ Content Management System, which allows you to update your web pages without any technical knowledge. Entire pages of your website can be added and edited. It works in very much the same way as your Word processor with familiar buttons for Bold, Underline, Paragraph List, Font, Size, and Type etc. You can add pictures and link them to other websites.

Your website will include the following design features:
- eMail consultation to gather information and guide you when completing our Website Planner.
- A graphically designed prototype based on the information and content from your Website Planner document.
- Bespoke layout template for your Information pages for future page additions to your website. This feature allows you to add a page to your website with an easy and professional layout via the zimHosts’ Content Management System allowing you to simply change your text, images, links etc.
- Information pages with images / photographs / graphics and text. Each page can display the information that you require such as a Home page, About Us, Contact Details, and any additional information you may wish to display.
- Search facility – allowing visitors to enter a keyword / phrase / product name to gain the information they desire. A list of corresponding web pages / products will be shown on screen matching their search, the visitor can then choose from the results list to read on further.
- Article example section - allows visitors to browse through your articles each accompanied with small thumbnail images and a short description. Any number of categories can be included and articles assigned to these categories, these categories can be altered via the Content Management System. Visitors will have the option of clicking their chosen article to view larger images and a more detailed description.
- Administration management console - add / amend or delete your articles, information and pictures using a password protected simple online interface. Up to 1500 articles can be stored and made available.
- Your unique domain name, if you have a .co.uk or .com, .org, .net etc we can transfer (renew or even register) your existing domain name to our servers.
- A password protected statistics page - access statistics on the number of visitors to your site.
- An instant contact form allowing visitors to pass on their details and request information. This information will be sent to you in the form of an e-mail.
- Affiliate advertising to help you earn money through marketing eg Google adverts
- A banner management system to allow you to upload and manage banner adverts from your potential clients who will pay to advertise on your website

This ensures your website gains maximum visibility on the World Wide Web to give you the maximum exposure. This attempts to gain high search engine rankings (positions) for your website on google, yahoo, msn etc and thus deliver qualified visitors to your site. Search Engines use special programs to rank websites and display them in order of relevance depending on the keywords / key phrases entered. 4. Method of Delivery
A) Gathering Your Information:
All your information is gathered from our Website Planner questionnaire. This questionnaire has been created to help discover and develop a blueprint for your new website. Through this document you can send your content and product information, quickly and easily. Once we have received all your information we will ask you to return a confirmation through email. This will then be used to build your website. On completion of your website you will be given access to your Content Management System allowing you to update your content as often as you like.
B) Layout Style:
The layout and style of your website is created using the prototype technique, designed by fully qualified and experienced graphic and website designers. Website prototypes are screenshot pictures that display the layout and style of your website. Further to gathering your information, you will receive continuous updates about the progress of your website. Subsequent updates (if applicable) will be performed following your feedback if any. Updates will be mailed to your email so it is important to make sure you give us a valid email address and also that you frequently check your inbox.
Further to prototype approval, your website is then created (coded) by fully qualified programmers in HTML, Java and PHP. All websites are hosted on our servers running Apache and MYSQL databases or MSSQL if you prefer. Your working website and subsequent updates will be available for you to view from a temporary link.
C) Text and Images:
All copy text & images (unless chosen from our archive) must be provided in electronic form and shall be inserted into the chosen layout and style.
Text Format: Either MS Word, MS Excel, text, or rtf formats
Image Format: Either .JPG, .GIF, PNG, PSD
D) Web Site Completion:
On completion, your website will be uploaded and made live to the WWW and can be accessed using your domain name (eg. www.zimhosts.com).

7. Method Of Payment
We require 50% down payment then the 50% outstanding balance can be paid up in the following ways:
Payment Option 1: The outstanding balance should be paid on handover of the website in full. In case when circumstances are challenging, we can negotiate on option 2 below
Payment Option 2: We also offer the opportunity to pay for your completed website design on a weekly or monthly basis. The maximum allowed weeks will be based on your circumstances and our mutual agreement otherwise the general maximum period is 3 months.
